Southampton boss Tonda Eckert speaking to Sky Sports:
"I think we gave them too much respect in the first half for the quality they have on the ball and then changed at half-time and boys showed what they're about.
"I prefer to talk about the second half. We showed what we are about. We went a lot more aggressive and we had some chances at the end to win it, but the reality is that if you look at the 90 minutes and if you look at both halves, you take the point.
"Compliments to West Brom for for the first 45 minutes. We'll take the point and move on.
"I think the first-half showed the two days only between the games and the short prep.
"In the end it's about how many bodies you commit and the first line of the press.
"I should have probably not made them think so much but just go a little bit more aggressive.
"We corrected that at half-time and credit to the players to come back in the fashion that they did."
Derby County
It is just one win for Derby County this season as they conceded four goals for the second successive game.
The Rams are second from bottom and head coach John Eustace has told BBC Radio Derby:
"A really disappointing evening, we've had to mix things up before the game as we lost Ryan Hedges in training.
"We've looked for a couple of solutions - tactically I got the game wrong tonight.
"Seven points [from safety] at this stage is not great but not the end of the world - tonight's performance wasn't at the level, we're trying to mix the team up to try to find a solution while we're in this difficult situation.
"Throughout the season we haven't been good enough or strong enough as a group which we've got to fix for the game on Friday.
"Tactically I got it wrong tonight and I'll take full responsibility for the performance.
"I'm confident I can turn things around, I'm certainly not giving up - it's a tough period but when we get through it eventually it'll make us stronger again."
Just over two weeks ago, Norwich were beaten at home by Portsmouth to fall to a fourth successive league defeat and serious questions were being asked at Carrow Road.
Fast forward to the start of November and they have crushed Derby to record three wins on the bounce and inflict more misery on a ramshackle looking home side.
First-half goals from Anthony Musaba, Paris Maghoma and Darlin Yongwa buried the Rams before Jovon Makama hammered home a fourth.
The Carnaries are into the top half of the Championship while for Derby and their under-pressure boss John Eustace it is no win in eight at home and a fourth defeat in five games.
A point apiece, but though they remain adrift in the drop-zone, Burnley will be the happier with it.
The Clarets went ahead before the break against the run of play through Largie Ramazani's 20-yard effort into the bottom corner but after the turnaround Ilias Chair teed up Jonathan Varane to find the same corner, and though they gave it a good go, the R's could not complete the turnaround.
Back-to-back draws for Burnley boss Fabian Celestini but the Clarets have one win in 14 games while the R's lose further ground on the promotion chasers.
I mentioned Pompey's bench earlier. Here it comes.
Josh Murphy, Abu Kamara and Thomas Waddingham are on with Ebou Adams, Marezi and Adrian Segecic making way.
Ryan Kavuma-McQueen remains on the bench too, for now.
Ross Stewart and Josh Key are on for the Swans who need a goal, quickly.
Ten days ago Norwich fans were hammering Clement and calling for him to be sacked because relegation looked nailed on. What a difference three games and nine points makes, eh?
The R's have begun the brighter after the break, but they just can't get things right in the final third.
Paul Smyth is the latest to flash a cross from the left across the face of goal without a touch.
Rangers have had 10 shots off target in this game, Burnley have scored from their only shot on target.
Fine margins.
The last time these two sides met was in a League Cup replay in 1981, which Watford won 3-2 at Sincil Bank.
Graham Taylor was in charge of the Hornets that day - and has a big connection with both clubs.
Taylor played for Lincoln between 1968 and 1972 before managing the Imps for five years.
He went on to manage Watford for 10 years after that and then later returned to Vicarage Road as boss from 1996 to 2001.
Mark Poyser
BBC Radio Wales commentator at Fratton Park
Enthralling in Saturday's 4-0 win against Blackburn, but so far tonight at a chilly Fratton Park Swansea have been very flat.
Portsmouth deservedly lead at the interval thanks to Terry Devlin's third goal of the season, with the home side trying to make it six unbeaten in the second tier for the first time in over 15 years.
The Swans need to improve in the second half, and I need to dig out my hat & gloves to try and warm up.
Out of absolutely nothing... This has not been a vintage display by Stoke City so far but they're ahead!
And what a goal this is by Jack McGlynn if he meant it! He has absolutely no right to go for goal from a free-kick wide on the left.
But go for it he does as he bends it with power on target towards the near post and it catches out Balazs Toth in the Blackburn goal.
Toth scrambles across but cannot keep it out. It's over the line and the referee checks his watch to signal for the goal.
There are boos around Pride Park from the home fans.
Paris Maghoma twists Alex Mowatt one way, then the other and back again before planting a left-foot shot into the bottom corner.
That is his third goal in three games.
This could get messy for the home side who are all over the place.

Former Norwich City defender on BBC Radio Norfolk
That's brilliant play down the right-hand side.
I think Norwich deserved that. Derby started well, but Norwich have took control.
You can hear the response from the Derby fans, they're booing straight away and Norwich just have to keep on top now.
Changes galore for both sides. Under pressure Watford boss Alessio Dionisi has made four alterations with Omar Traore, Marc Bola, Stephy Mavididi and Othmane Maamma coming in.
Meanwhile, Lincoln have made five changes as Tom Bayliss, Callum Elder, Chiedozie Ogbene, Daniel Oyegoke and Freddie Draper get the nod.
A big game in the basement battle at The Valley where free-falling Charlton and Bolton lock horns.
Both sides enjoyed their day in the sun at Wembley over the past 18 months, winning the League One play-off final to earn promotion, but their ambitions for this campaign will purely be survival.
The Addicks began this season in blistering style and three straight wins had them setting the early pace, however they are winless in the 10 league games since August, taking just five points, and have lost the past three straight, shipping eight goals and scoring only once.
They lie 20th, below the Trotters on goal difference, five points clear of the drop zone, after Wanderers were stunned 3-2 at home by Bristol City on Saturday, off the back of a 5-1 humbling by Middlesbrough.
Steven Schumacher's men have however picked up seven points from their past three games on the road and will have an eye on heaping more pressure on Nathan Jones.
