It may feel like a lifetime away, but UEFA Euro 2028 will come around fast. Summer 2028 will be a historic occasion for any football fan as England will host the tournament for the first time since 1996, and tickets are already on sale here.
The Three Lions will serve as co-hosts alongside Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland, with games to be played at iconic stadiums like Wembley, St James’ Park and Hampden Park. After falling ever so slightly short at major tournaments over the past decade, England fans will be hoping 2028 will be when Thomas Tuchel’s side make it over the line with the help of a home crowd.
Despite being a little under two years away, tickets for Euro 2028 are already on sale, including for England’s group and potential knockout games. What’s more, they’re available through an open sale with no England supporters membership requirements.
Here’s how to buy tickets for England’s Euro 2028 games now.
Seat Unique is the official provider of Beyond Hospitality’s Euro 2028 packages and offers a selection of single match tickets, as well as ticket bundles by venue and by team. They’re available to buy now for England’s games in the group stage, round of 16 and quarter-finals.
Prices can fluctuate and tend to be higher than regular match tickets, but they also come with added perks like complimentary food and drink and access to exclusive lounge areas. The main thing to note at this stage is that both the venue and opponent for each match are yet to be confirmed.
Euro 2028 England VIP Tickets
Seat Unique offers a range of VIP and hospitality packages for Euro 2028, including England's games in the group and knockout stages.
Various Prices
Seat UniqueA single England match ticket starts at £1,140, which also provides access to a hospitality area serving hot food and drinks, including beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, both before and after the game. There will also be live music, entertainment and interactive displays, with each guest receiving a commemorative gift.
A bundle for England’s three group stage matches starts at £3,840 and is available with three tiers: Club, Prestige or Platinum. Each of these includes the same benefits mentioned above, with the more expensive packages delivering more luxurious refreshments and better match seats.
Confident fans can book tickets for England’s round of 16, quarter-final and final ties, with prices ranging from £1,560 to £8,040. As there’s no guarantee England will progress deep into the tournament, fans booking tickets for the round of 16 or quarter-final games will receive tickets for other games should the Three Lions be eliminated.
If England don’t progress to the final, customers who have booked for this match will receive a refund less a 5% admin fee. Aside from Seat Unique, tickets for Euro 2028 will be available to buy directly from UEFA, which says it will offer roughly three million tickets to fans.
Unlike previous tournaments, tickets will only go on sale after the final tournament draw in December once the group stage fixtures are confirmed. UEFA has also committed to no dynamic pricing, with more than 40% of tickets to be offered in the most affordable categories, it says.
Euro 2028 will take place from the opening game of the group stage on June 9, 2028, through to the final on July 9, 2028.
Euro 2028 will be held across nine stadiums in eight cities across the UK and Ireland, some of which will be referred to by different names due to UEFA sponsor rules. The opening match will be played at the National Stadium of Wales in Cardiff, otherwise known as the Principality Stadium.
The other host stadiums are Manchester City Stadium, Everton Stadium, St James’ Park, Villa Park, Hampden Park, Dublin Arena, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley Stadium. The Euro 2028 semi-finals and the final will be played at Wembley.
Euro 2028 will see 24 teams compete across six groups, from the group stage through to the final. The only nations confirmed as playing in the tournament are England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland, who each automatically qualified as hosts.
However, we’d expect the usual major players like Spain, France, Portugal and Croatia to be there too. The qualifying draw will take place in Belfast on December 6, before the qualifying group stage runs from March 2027 to November 2027.
Each group winner will qualify for Euro 2028, while runners-up will either qualify directly or through play-off matches with UEFA Nations League teams in March 2028.
