Dan Sheehan on playing at No 8 and Leinster's half-time reality check
"Yeah, it was a bit nerve-wracking on the first restart I received," he said.
"But I was happy to be there, you have to be involved a lot more and I was feeling it in the last 10 minutes, I was a bit crampy there.
"I enjoyed every minute of it, fair play to Munster, they put it up to us in the first half and conditions were a little bit tricky, playing against that wind, but they're a quality team who are getting better every week and that's a huge win for us.
"I think we got a bonus point there and it's a big one for us going back into Ireland camp on Monday. I'm really excited by that performance."
"We did a lot of great things, I thought our intent was right up there, we were smacking lads in tackles but our breakdown just needed a lot of work.
"In fairness, they have a lot of top-class poaches and Tadhg Beirne was all over it there, but we needed a bit of a reality check at half-time to make sure we got rid of him, we still didn't do it but in the second half we played in the right areas and used the wind, and we took our chances.
"It was good to turn it around at half-time. Seventeen of us are going into Ireland camp now and it's a massive game next week in the Sportsground, we'll all be watching, the lads will have all began their prep already.
"But we're in a good place, we just have to make sure we keep ticking over, we're a little bit too far down the leaderboard for our liking.
"We managed the pre-season a lot better this year, we stuck together, we've had a lot of time together now and you can see it on the pitch, I think we had the balance right this year and you can see it now."
