One former Arsenal star had an angry exchange with his own fans(Image: X/CabineSport)
Former Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior was caught in an ugly clash with his own fans after a disappointing night in the Champions League. Kiwior, 26, joined Porto permanently this summer afterspending last season on loan at the Portuguese heavyweights.
On October 20, he endured a disappointing night in the competition. He and his team-mates put on a limp performance as they lost 1-0 to Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.
A second half strike from Guus Til consigned them to a frustrating defeat which leaves them 33rd in the Champions League table phase, having lost all three of their matches. Predictably, the home fans at the Estadio do Dragao were upset with their performance.

At the final whistle, they made sure the players firmly understood how they felt. However, the angry reaction to the lap of appreciation for the home fans left Kiwior furious.
He, alongside team-mate and former Southampton central defender Jan Bednarek, then proceeded to argue with the supporters in the stands while still stood on the pitch. The Porto players quickly looked to calm things down before things overheated.
It was a bad night for Kiwior, who has impressed in Portugal. He left Arsenal this summer to secure a £14.9m move to the 2004 Champions League winners.
He had enjoyed a productive loan spell the season before, one he pushed hard for despite Mikel Arteta and the club wanting to hold onto him. Speaking about his temporary switch last year, he insisted Arsenal were determined to keep him, despite other reports stating the club wanted to sell him.
Speaking to Polish broadcaster TVP Sport last year, he said: "I laughed at that information because it was the exact opposite. Arsenal didn’t want to let me leave London and didn’t agree to a transfer for a long time.
"I was valued for the player and footballer I was. Nobody wanted to get rid of me. The club didn’t want to let me go and it took a long time for them to agree to the transfer.

"I was valued there; no one wanted to get rid of me. Arteta didn’t want me to leave for Portugal either, so I never felt unwanted. The decision to leave was entirely mine.
"I wanted to play, but with Gabriel and Saliba ahead of me, the chances were small. I convinced him (Arteta) myself. I went to talk to him and explained how I saw everything.
"He understood my ambitions and my desire to play, and he thanked me for how I behaved as both a person and a player. He accepted my reasoning, spoke with the sporting director, and things moved quickly after that.”
