The Buffs were set to host Cumbernauld Colts on Tuesday, October 27, in Lowland League West.
However, league bosses have determined that the match will not go ahead following the postponement of cup fixtures, which they say has created a backlog.
Cumbernauld Colts were in Scottish Cup second round action on Saturday, but their tie against Banks O'Dee was abandoned with 15 minutes remaining.
The match will now be replayed on Saturday, October 31, meaning both of Cumbernauld's scheduled league matches this week have been postponed.
Kilwinning Rangers confirmed the decision with a statement made on Monday, October 26.
They said: "Tuesday night's scheduled league fixture has been postponed following a decision by the league.
"The decision comes as a result of recent postponements in cup competitions, creating a short-term backlog of fixtures that now need to be accommodated.
"With the fixture calendar looking considerably clearer in the months ahead, Kilwinning Rangers fully understand, respect and agree with the league's decision to prioritise these outstanding matches.
"With the weather forecast already looking unfavourable for Tuesday evening, there was also a possibility the match could have fallen victim to the conditions regardless."
Next up for Kilwinning is now a trip to face Newton Stewart in the league on Saturday.
