After seven straight games to begin the season, Arkansas football is in the midst of its one-and-only open week during the 2026 campaign.
The Razorbacks (3-4, 1-3 SEC) head into the second half of their schedule with some momentum after beating Vanderbilt and clinching their first SEC victory in two years. Cam Settles scored a pair of touchdowns, wide receiver Antonio Jordan had a coming-out party and the Hogs' defense forced two turnovers to go on the road and knock off the Commodores.
It was a much-needed result for Ryan Silverfield. Arkansas had lost all four of its games against Power 4 opponents, with three of them blowout defeats. However, the Razorbacks made strides in a tight loss to Tennessee and carried that improvement over into their skid-busting win.
