LeBron James’ home debut for the Philadelphia 76ers against the Cleveland Cavaliers was everything he dreamed of.
The Sixers had a rough start to the game and gave away too many turnovers. At one stage, the visitors were 29 points ahead and looked destined to win the game.
Philly fans were not happy with what they were seeing and booed their own team, but the cheers in the end were louder after the 76ers turned it around to win 114-106.
The Sixers had a very rough start to the game, and James himself made a few mistakes, giving away cheap turnovers.
It really did look like there was no way back for the hosts, especially when they were 29 points behind, and the home fans probably felt the same.
Those in the Xfinity Mobile Arena resorted to booing their own side, which one would imagine was not what James would have hoped for on his home debut.
However, the 41-year-old claimed after the game that his side deserved the boos and that they were ‘amazing’.
"It was everything that I dreamed of and more."

He said: “It was everything that I dreamed of and more. We got the boos. That was amazing. We deserved it.
“And then we had the cheers, and almost blew the roof off this thing tonight, in a good way. It was a hell of a night.”
James seems to be loving life as a Sixer. This is the first time he has won his first two games of a season with a new team, and he looks hungry for more.
Up next for the 76ers is a game against the Milwaukee Bucks, a team James averages 28.7 points per game against in his NBA career.
