Alfie is a journalist and editor based in Yorkshire with years of experience covering the EFL. Covered Leeds United and Sheffield United during their promotion-winning campaigns recently, as well as documenting Huddersfield Town's near-miss under Carlos Corberan and their great escapes either side of that. Look out for him in a press box around Yorkshire!
Think you know the EFL? Prove it, one grid at a time.
Welcome to our daily EFL Word Search, a puzzle built for fans of the Championship, League One and League Two. Every day brings a fresh grid with 15 names hidden inside: five clubs, five managers and five players from across the Football League.
Some names will jump straight out at you. Others are tucked away diagonally, running backwards or crossing paths with another name. Words can run in any of eight directions, so keep your eyes peeled. Drag across the letters to mark a find, or tap the first and last letter if you’re on your phone. Each name you find is crossed off your teamsheet, and a timer keeps track of how quickly you get to the full-time whistle.
Missed a day? No problem. You can go back and play earlier grids at any time, and your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.
From Wrexham to Wycombe, Charlton to Chesterfield, the puzzle covers all three divisions. Familiar faces will reappear now and then, but never in the same place twice.
A new grid lands at midnight. Can you find all 15 before your mates do?
