The Jacksonville Jaguars have released their first injury report ahead of Sunday's Week 8 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts.
In the secondary, Montaric Brown (hamstring) was a full participant, while Antonio Johnson (ankle) did not practice. Brown missed the Jaguars' Week 4 game with a hamstring injury and then exited the team's Week 5 matchup. He did not play in Week 6 against Houston.
Without Brown, there hasn't been a cornerback rotation, with Jarrian Jones and Travis Hunter taking all the snaps.
Johnson suffered the ankle injury in Week 6 against the Texans. Kaevon Merriweather ended up playing the second-most safety snaps next to Eric Murray. Johnson fills an important do-it-all role in Anthony Campanile's defense.
Elsewhere on the injury report, Ross Matiscik (shoulder), Jakobi Meyers (hamstring), Jahlani Tavai (hamstring), and Ruke Orhorhoro (ankle) were all limited. Matiscik did not play in Week 6.
Brenton Strange (eye) was a full go on Wednesday.
