WATCH Rangers supporters face Ibrox flooding after win

Despite their 4-0 victory over St Johnstone, fans were left to navigate waterlogged streets outside the ground.

The severe weather that hit Glasgow left large parts of Edmiston Drive underwater. Traffic cones were partially submerged, and fans had to make their way through narrow sections of pavement.

The conditions also led Rangers to ask their players not to stop for photos or autographs after the match. The club wanted supporters, players and staff to leave the stadium promptly ahead of worsening weather.

The Supporters Liaison Officer said: "Supporters are advised that large parts of Edmiston Drive are currently flooded.

"Please take care when leaving the stadium and use alternative routes where possible."

In addition, the official said: "Supporters are advised that, in the interests of everyone’s safety and wellbeing, players will not be stopping for photographs or autographs after today’s match.

"This is to allow supporters, players, and staff to leave the stadium promptly and travel home safely ahead of the worsening weather conditions expected this evening.

"We thank supporters for their understanding and cooperation."

Despite the challenging conditions, Derek McInnes’ side managed to complete their Premiership clash and secure a comprehensive victory.
