Former Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon admitted he still had a lot of work to do on his game following Barcelona's 4-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in last night's Champions League clash.
The England star has hit the ground running in Spain, becoming an instant hit with fans and team-mates alike at the Camp Nou.
However, Barca's long winning start to the season came to an abrupt end at the home of the Champions League holders on Tuesday evening, with Luis Enrique's side running out comfortable winners in a game many are tipping to be a precursor of next year's final.
A free-flowing game saw 40 attempts on goal, with PSG taking the lead through Desire Doue, although Barca hit back thanks to a Xavi Espart effort. Lucas Hernandez restored the home side's lead, only for Lamine Yamal to level once more.
Late goals from Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz meant it was the French side who emerged victorious on the night, and Gordon was left to sum up the performance with an honest admission.

"I think it was pretty predictable that it would be a high score and a good show for the spectators," he said. "I expected us to come out on top, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I think, in the end, they deserved it. I felt they were the better team, they had better spells and showed more quality.
"Physically, they were able to maintain the pressure and intensity for longer than we were. They've been the team to beat for two years now, and tonight it became clear why,
"I think we should focus on the positives, as we competed at a high level. It was a competitive spectacle. Now we need to analyze what we need to improve, but I think we're in a good position.
"As I said, they've been the best for two years; they're still the team to beat. We need to learn from this, analyze the game, and try to become the team everyone wants to beat."
Gordon was used in several different roles last night, starting in his usual left-wing role before switching to a central striker, as he did often for Newcastle, especially last season.
"It doesn't matter to me," he added on his positional changes. "I like playing in both positions because each one offers me different things. I enjoy both, but beyond that, the team's overall performance tonight was very good.
"As for me, I still have a lot of individual work to do; on nights like this I want to perform at my best, and I don't think I had my best performance."
While it's largely accepted that it wasn't his best performance in a Barca shirt, Spanish outlet Marca gave him a 6/10 rating, which was one of their more generous marks on the night.
