It's game day.

Bristol Bears host Exeter Chiefs at Ashton Gate today on 'Derby Weekend' in Round Four of the 2026/27 Gallagher PREM.

As Storm Austen batters the South West today, Bristol will once again be looking to prove they mix it with the best team in the league no matter what the conditions are.

After wins away at Sale Sharks and at home to defending champions Northampton Saints, the Bears have exceeded expectations so far this season, and come into the weekend having wrung the changes from the changed-up side that went to South Africa last weekend to face the Stormers in the Champions Cup, going down 49-12 in Cape Town.

Last season's beaten PREM finalists Chiefs also lost at the weekend, but in very different fashion, going down 43-40 away to French Top 14 champions Toulouse in a European classic, but the encounter has left them battered and bruised.

The game kicks off at 5.30pm on Saturday evening.
