Celtic fell behind inside three minutes at Falkirk this afternoon after Cameron Carter-Vickers played the ball straight to Ethan Ross in the box.
Carter-Vickers was trying to clear, but his touch went into Ross’s path, and the Falkirk man took a good first touch before finishing, according to BBC Sport’s live coverage. Falkirk lead 1-0 at the time of writing, and we’ll update this as the game goes on.

Carter-Vickers was back in the starting line-up after coming off the bench at Easter Road last weekend and sitting out Wednesday’s draw with Dundee United as a substitute.
It’s the second away league game in a row that Celtic have conceded in the third minute. Owen Elding scored after three minutes for Hibs last Sunday, before Celtic came back to win 2-1 through an own goal and a Camilo Durán strike.
In between, Dundee United turned a Celtic lead into a deficit with two goals in three minutes at Celtic Park, and only a second-half comeback rescued a 2-2 draw.
Martin O’Neill paired Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with Callum McGregor in midfield today, with Haissem Hassan, Mika Baur and Callum Osmand behind Durán. Sebastian Tounekti is back among the substitutes after missing the last three league squads.
This team keeps making life harder for itself. There’s plenty of time to put it right at Falkirk, but the mistakes need to be cut out.
