Today, Thomas Tuchel names his England squad for the November international break as the Three Lions gear up to face Spain and Croatia. However, the manager has a few tough decisions to make before even considering the two Nations League matches, where qualification to the quarter-finals is possible.
Whether Cole Palmer or Phil Foden will be involved is a major talking point. The Chelsea star controversially pulled out of the previous squad, and received criticism from Tuchel for doing so, while Foden has not had any contact with the German head coach ever since he was snubbed from the World Cup announcement.
Tuchel also has calls to make over the out-of-favour Trent Alexander-Arnold at Real Madrid and options for the right wing, with Bukayo Saka ruled out through injury.

A potential hint that Cole Palmer is returning to the England fold?
The Telegraph claims that Thomas Tuchel has made medical checks with Chelsea on their talisman, and is considering giving Palmer another chance to prove his desire to play for his country.
Palmer withdrew from last month’s squad and Tuchel, at the time, described it as a “missed opportunity” after failing to convince the boss enough to go to the World Cup.

That’s the question on everyone’s lips.
Phil Foden said this week that he hasn’t even spoken to Thomas Tuchel since being left out of this summer’s World Cup squad.
Cole Palmer was selected in September, but pulled out, much to Tuchel's disbelief.
They are both in contention to return.
But should they?
