RALEIGH, N.C. — Duke football cruised to a 41-3 victory vs. NC State on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Carter-Finley Stadium.
The Blue Devils (7-2, 4-2 ACC) jumped out to an early lead behind Nate Sheppard's 15th rushing touchdown of the season — good for Duke's single-season record — and never looked back against the Wolfpack. Duke led 31-3 at halftime before outscoring NC State 10-0 across the final two quarters for its third-straight win.
The Blue Devils are back in action on Saturday, Nov. 14, on the road at Miami.

It's his second game of the year with more than 200 yards on the ground since he ran for 227 in Week 1 vs. Tulane.
