Rangers fans will surely be delighted to see Youssef Chermiti still being an important part of the club culture behind the scenes.
The Portuguese striker is virtually ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL rupture, but continues to visit the training ground to interact with his teammates.
Chermiti looked all set to leave Rangers before his injury, and it remains to be seen whether or not he will be at Ibrox ahead of next season.
Chermiti appears to have taken over the role as Rangers‘ photographer as official footage released by the club shows him with a camera in hand recording the goings-on behind the scenes. He is seen recording Nicolas Raskin, who was exercising with the medicine ball. Once the Belgian saw the striker recording, he decided to create a funny moment, a clear reflection of the mood behind the scenes.

Raskin, obviously, is among the first names on the team sheet for Derek McInnes, but is himself facing an uncertain future at Ibrox. When he did not get his move in the summer, the Gers boss hinted at a potential January exit.
Ahead of the St Johnstone game on Saturday, the midfielder was quizzed about his future, given his importance to the team. He stated that things were not up to him and that it was the decision of the hierarchy.
He said: “It’s not up to me, it’s up to the club. I’m just trying to work every day as hard as I can and try to give a good performance on the pitch and see what happens.”
When McInnes was asked about it, he responded: “January is not a window you want to lose key players, but you have seen over the years clubs can bid over and above a player’s value.
“Nico is a key player. The fact I have played him every game suggests that. He brings experience even though he is relatively young in his career.”
McInnes confirmed that Tuur Rommens is a doubt as there is a bug in the team, putting another couple of players at risk of missing the St Johnstone clash. These players are understood to be first-team regulars, so if they are not fit, they will need to be taken out of the playing eleven.
It is unclear who those players are, but the 55-year-old is not 100 per cent sure of their availability ahead of the game and that may throw a spanner in the works. McInnes did change things around for the Dundee match, and failure to get the three points in that one led to some fans being displeased.
The Gers boss could revert to a front two of Kevin Kelsy and Ryan Naderi, which would see one of the players behind the forwards being dropped. On recent form, Djeidi Gassama seems to be the one, especially as it will be harder to drop Badredine Bouanani following his Man of the Match performance and wonder goal against Dundee.
