Jarrod Bowen has revealed what was said in the West Ham dressing room after the dismal 3-1 home defeat to West Bromwich Albion and he sounds like a man who has run out of patience.
While Nuno Espirito Santo finds himself under fire from supporters, one man who is above criticism at West Ham right now is Jarrod Bowen.
Comfortably West Ham’s best and most consistent player since he arrived at the club nearly seven years ago, Bowen is a certified living Hammers legend.
Especially after committing himself to West Ham despite relegation to the Championship.
Bowen has been doing his bit as usual so far this season even if questions are always raised about his leadership when West Ham go through difficult times.
The skipper scored again in the defeat to West Brom, which was the second loss to a promotion rival at home in a week.

BEATEN AGAIN 😡 Tell us how you're feeling after West Ham's 3-1 loss to West Brom Nuno is under pressure…
West Ham fans have turned on Nuno Espirito Santo in great numbers and the pressure is mounting ahead of back-to-back away games at Cardiff and Blackburn this week.
Nuno spoke curtly to West Ham’s in-house media team in an interview which lasted just 60 seconds following the defeat to West Brom.
Bowen stopped for longer to speak about the team’s issues, though, revealing what was said behind closed doors in the Hammers dressing room following the defeat.
But he sounds like a man who is in no mood to suffer any more under-performance from his manager and teammates.
Because Bowen says the talk in the dressing room is ‘very, very cheap’ and that West Ham must simply ‘go and do it on the pitch’.
“(We said to each other) we have to go to Wednesday, it’s been two results in a row that have been really, really disappointing and not the levels that we set and not the levels that we expect of ourselves,” Bowen told West Ham TV when asked what was said in the changing room after the game.
“(We said) it’s disappointing and we have to face up to that and there’s two more games coming up quickly before the international break and we said so the only thing now is to go and do it on the pitch.
“But I think talk is very, very cheap, I think we have to go and do it on the pitch. We can only apologise (to the fans) for what you’ve seen the last few weeks…
“We have to go to those two games together as a club and win those two games.”
It is refreshing to hear Bowen reflect fans’ feelings by admitting even he is fed-up with talking about what is needed and is now demanding action not words.
Action is what many fans want from Hammers chief Daniel Kretinsky when it comes to the club’s manager too.
Winning this week will keep Nuno in a job but Hammers News has exclusively revealed only another two losses would see Kretinsky review Nuno’s position.
