FSU football is set to play its first game since firing Mike Norvell on Saturday as the program starts the process of finding its next head coach. They will be taking on the Boston College Eagles at noon ET in Alumni Stadium.

Several sitting head coaches and coordinators have been mentioned as possible candidates, with the Seminoles reportedly preferring to hire a proven head coach. One person they are not expected to consider is former head coach Jimbo Fisher, who has made it clear he wants the job. The Seminoles are also looking for an athletic director after they fired Michael Alford earlier in the season, further complicating the process.

This has caused Florida State University president Richard McCullough to have a big say in both searches, with him hiring Daniel Parker of Parker Executive Search to lead both searches, something they are being well compensated for.

Several targets, including Memphis Tigers head coach Charles Huff and Indiana defensive coordinator Bryant Haines, are on a bye in Week 10, but the rest of the candidates will be in action on Saturday. Here's where to watch FSU football head coaching candidates in Week 10.
