Mike Bateman (2x100 scores), Dave Gardner (3x100), Jamie Lythe (2x140) and Matty Gardner (2x140, 123) were on great scoring form, with Alfie Walker hitting a fine 124 checkout as the Kirkbymoorside team swept through the individuals.

Bry Cook and Chris O'Hara's pairs win was Coach's only bright spot.

Moorside Bar B matched their stablemates with a 9-1 win over New Inn, with Keith Dickson (140, 135, 100), Jerry Shields (3x100) and Robbie Preston (3x100) notching impressive wins.

New Inn's only point was won in spectacular fashion as captain Colin Pepler went out on 155, the best finish of the season so far.

Moorside captain Gav Harrison had earlier just missed the bull with his own 167 effort.

Buck Inn earned an excellent 5-5 draw at second-placed Royal Oak with Clive Atkinson, Chris Freer (121), Dave Cockerill and veteran Mike Wilson on target for the Wrelton side.

Tom Hodgson was on superb form in his individual leg for Oak, scoring two 140s, 135 and two tons, with Kev Fairclough (140, 2x100) and Jimmy Buckle (125, 100) making it 4-3.

With the pairs legs shared, Oak took the threes to deny Buck the match win.

Liam Wood, Darren King and Bobby Wood-Rymer each won an individual leg and then, as a three-a-side for Rose and Crown, they edged past Sun Inn A by 6-4.

Neil Robson (2x140, 2x100, 88 finish) and Mike Brown (2x100, 80 finish) were Sun's standout performers.

Leigh Watson (140), Ben Norman (3x100), Paul Nicholson (88 finish) and Joe Norman (122) set The Peacock up for another solid result, this time 7-3 against Sun Inn C.

Ian Sonley (140), Darren Sunley and Mick Merrygold kept Sun in touch, only for Peacock to clean up in the pairs and threes.
