Harry Kane finally got his hands on the football's highest individual honour on Monday (October 26, 2026). The Bayern Munich and England striker won the Ballon d'Or after a season where he broke several records. Kane became the first Englishman to win this award in 25 years. Previously, Michael Owen won it in 2001.

The Bayern Munich star produced some iconic performances, where he scored 61 goals in 51 games across all competitions. He also helped the German giants complete a domestic league and cup double. Kane proved a point and established himself as Europe's leading goalscorer.

He also didn't disappoint the English fans during FIFA World Cup 2026, where his goals led the team to reach new heights. Kane scored six goals and led his country to the semi-finals.

He made a name for himself when he played for Tottenham Hotspur. His move to Bayern Munich later changed everything.

However, not many people know another side of Harry Kane. In August 2023, he signed a lifetime deal with Skechers.

The lifetime deal

In August 2023, he signed a lifetime deal with Skechers. The company was preparing to enter the football market and was looking for a striker like Kane. They needed a person like him to establish credibility for its new product line.

Kane's team reportedly opted for a smaller base payment and a larger share of future sales. This gave him an opportunity to benefit financially as the brand's football business grows.

How Kane expanded the model beyond Skechers

After three years, he reportedly built an investment portfolio spanning sportswear, premium ticketing, food, health and sports technology. He has also invested in Reflo, STATSports, 3Bears.

His involvement with Seat Unique is another example that shows his move towards ownership rather than relying on sponsorship fees.

Kane's investments are reportedly managed through HK28 Limited, also known as The Harry Kane Company, and related entities. His brother Charlie Kane and other family-linked management structures help oversee his commercial interests.
