Celtic face the Turkish side at Celtic Park in the Europa League before returning to Premiership duty against Kilmarnock in Glasgow.
German referee Sascha Stegemann will take charge of Celtic’s meeting with Besiktas. He will be assisted by fellow Germans Christof Gunsch and Marco Achmuller, with Martin Petersen appointed as the fourth official. Benjamin Brand will be on VAR duty, assisted by Patrick Hanslbauer.
Stegemann has previously been involved in a Celtic game, although he has not refereed Celtic from the middle. He was in charge of VAR when Celtic drew 0-0 away to Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League in December 2024.
Celtic will then turn their attention back to domestic action when Kilmarnock visit Celtic Park on Sunday, November 8.
The Premiership clash kicks off at 4pm, and John Beaton has been appointed as the man in the middle. David Roome and Gordon McCabe will run the lines, with Colin Steven acting as the fourth official. Grant Irvine will oversee VAR, assisted by Dan McFarlane.
It will be Beaton’s second Celtic appointment of the 2026/27 season. His first was the Glasgow Derby against Rangers at Celtic Park.
Last season, Beaton refereed seven Celtic league matches, with Celtic winning five, drawing one and losing one.
Those victories came against Aberdeen, Kilmarnock, Falkirk and twice against Motherwell. Celtic drew 2-2 away to Rangers, while their only defeat was a 2-1 loss at Dundee United.
