Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen believes Michael Olise will follow in Harry Kane's footsteps and win the Ballon d'Or at some point in his career.

"I'm 100% convinced that Michael will win the Ballon d'Or in his career," Dreesen said, expressing his confidence in the French winger's potential.

The Bayern chief also stressed that individual success depends on having the right teammates and a supportive environment.

"With us, he has an environment that helps him shine – he has teammates with whom he's working very well. That's how you can perform individually. You can be the best individual player on the planet, but if you don't have teammates helping you, it will bring nothing," Dreesen explained.
