The National Stadium of Wales will host six games at Euro 2028.

Euro 2028 is coming to Cardiff as the capital hosts a major football tournament for the first time. Six games including the opener will be played across the tournament at the National Stadium of Wales, and fans can book tickets now.

The Dragons will act as co-hosts along with England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland, with matches played across legendary stadiums including Wembley, Hampden Park and St James’ Park. It will mark Wales’ first time in the European Championship when they reach the round of 16 in 2021.

It may be more than 18 months away, but Euro 2028 tickets are already on sale through official channels for Wales’ group and potential knockout games. They’re available to all fans, even those without a supporters membership.

Here’s where to buy tickets for Wales’ Euro 2028 games now.

How to buy tickets for Euro 2028

Tickets for Euro 2028 are on sale now via Seat Unique, the official provider of Beyond Hospitality’s packages throughout the tournament. This retailer offers official single match tickets, plus ticket bundles sold by team and by stadium.

Wales fans can secure tickets for Wales games across group stage, round of 16 and quarter-finals. It’s worth noting prices can fluctuate over time and are often higher than regular match tickets, but that’s because they come with extra perks such as access to exclusive hospitality areas along with complimentary food and drink.

Various Prices

Seat Unique

Seat Unique offers a range of VIP and hospitality packages for Euro 2028, including Wales games in the group and knockout stages.

Also, bear in mind that Wales’ opponents for each match are not yet confirmed. Prices for a single match ticket begin at £1,140, which includes access to a hospitality area where fans can enjoy hot food and drinks including beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks before and after kick-off.

There’s also a bundle for all three Wales group stage matches from £3,840 with three tiers: Club, Prestige or Platinum. These deliver the same benefits mentioned above, while the more pricey packages include even more luxurious refreshments and higher quality seats.

For fans confident that Wales will progress to the knockouts, tickets are on sale for the round of 16, quarter-final and final, which range from £1,560 to £8,040. If Wales are eliminated before these games, fans with bookings will instead receive tickets for other matches.

Those with tickets for the final will get a refund less a 5% admin fee. Alternatively, the sale of general admission tickets for Euro 2028 will be handled by UEFA, which says it will offer roughly three million tickets to fans.

There’s still some time before general sale, which will open after the final tournament draw in December when the group stage fixtures are finalised. UEFA has also said it will not implement dynamic pricing, while at least 40% of tickets will be available in the most affordable categories..

When is Euro 2028?

Euro 2028 will be held for 31 days. It will kick off for the opening group stage game on June 9, 2028, and run until the final on July 9, 2028.

Where is Euro 2028 being held?

Wales, England, Scotland and Wales will host Euro 2028 across nine venues in eight cities. Some of these will be referred to by different names due to UEFA’s sponsor rules, including Cardiff’s National Stadium of Wales – otherwise known as the Principality Stadium – which will host the opening game.

The other Euro 2028 venues are Wembley Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Manchester City Stadium, Everton Stadium, St James’ Park, Villa Park, Hampden Park and Dublin Arena. Both semi-finals and the final will be played at Wembley Stadium.

How many teams are in Euro 2028?

Euro 2028 will include 24 four teams split into six groups, but at this stage only Wales, England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland are confirmed as competing. That’s because they all automatically qualified as co-hosts.

Fans can expect to see the likes of France, Portugal, and title holders Spain also in action, but this won’t be confirmed for at least a year. UEFA will hold the Euro 2028 qualifying draw in Belfast on December 6, with the qualifying group stage to be played between March 2027 and November 2027.

Every group winner will book their place in the tournament, while runners-up will either qualify directly or through play-off matches against UEFA Nations League teams in March 2028.
