City welcome League One side Leicester in the First Round of the FA Cup on Friday night.
Three divisions separate the two sides - the Hoops compete in the National League North - with the hosts looking to pull off an historic shock against a club that won the competition only five years ago.
City have won three times in the competition this season in order to reach the First Round Proper, whereas the Foxes will play their first FA Cup match of the season at the MGroup Stadium.
Midtable League One side Leicester, who sit 10th in the table after relegation from the Championship last season, have been the subject of much discussion, as has Martin who leads his side out in OX3 on Friday night.
In Jenkins' preview of the huge fixture in front of a sell-out crowd, he said: "He is a great tactical coach.
"I'd be intrigued to see what he does and what they do and how they set up.

"We've got to realise that they're going to be a top-quality opposition. We're going to respect that.
"But as soon as the whistle goes, we have to try and play our stuff.
"We have to be front-footed, aggressive, switched on.
"We've got to run, we've got to work and we've got to earn the right as well. It's like no other game really.
"I think it's important that we feed off the crowd, the energy and we try and use that as our 12th man."
City go into the game off the back of a defeat in a top-of-the-table contest against South Shield in the league, the Hoops sitting in second with their opponents top of the division.
All eyes now turn to the cup, Jenkins looking forward to the visit of the former Premier League club: "It's incredible. The staff behind the scenes have been working really hard.
"I think for players now the focus is on tomorrow to make sure the prep is right. We've done everything in the week. Really excited.

"It's a big club coming down here. It'll be a good attendance. I think it'll be a sell-out.
"For me, I think the hard work has been done now.
"I think we have to enjoy it as well. As crazy as that sounds, it's going to be a lot of pressure and a lot of atmosphere and a lot of expectation to try and win a game of football.
"The players have been superb so far. The training has been bright and bubbly.
"I think everyone's excited just to get the game going now."
