Paris Fury has revealed she was terrified by husband Tyson's struggles with addiction after his greatest boxing triumph, admitting the man she knew appeared to have disappeared.

The former heavyweight world champion, 38, discusses his mental health in a Netflix documentary examining his life inside and outside the ring.

An emotional Paris recalls a conversation immediately after the Klitschko fight which took on a different significance as her husband's condition deteriorated.

"Straight after [the Klitschko fight], Tyson said to me 'this is as good as it is ever going to get'. I didn't understand at the time what he meant," she says.

"The Tyson I knew was gone and I was so scared."

Her account features in the trailer for Tyson Fury, a feature-length documentary which arrives on Netflix on November 27.
