The Rams are showing up as a landing spot for two players who could move before the NFL trade deadline.

ESPN’s Matt Bowen and Jeremy Fowler ranked the top 25 trade candidates ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline and listed Los Angeles as a fit for Vikings WR Jauan Jennings and Buccaneers DT A’Shawn Robinson.

Jennings has the best odds on the list. ESPN gives him a 50% chance of being traded, the highest of any player. Fowler wrote that the former 49ers receiver isn’t a focal point of Minnesota’s offense and is viewed as a trade candidate around the league. He’s on a one-year deal and could be a low-cost option for teams adding to their receiver room.

The production backs that up. Jennings has caught four of eight targets this season He signed for one year and $13 million in May and is the Vikings’ No. 3 receiver behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. Last year in San Francisco, he had 55 catches for 643 yards and a career-high nine touchdowns, after 77 catches for 975 yards and six scores in 2024. Bowen called him a consistent route runner who plays through contact and works well on in-breaking throws.

Robinson is a familiar name. He spent 2020-22 with the Rams and won Super Bowl LVI with them. ESPN gives him a 30% chance of being dealt.

At 6-foot-3 and 320 pounds, Robinson can line up at nose tackle or three-technique, and Bowen described him as a powerful run defender. He has one sack, 20 combined tackles and two interceptions this season. He signed a one-year, $10 million deal with Tampa Bay in March.

The Jennings trade would be nice considering the Rams lack a true No. 2 receiver now with Davante Adams out, but the Robinson trade might be more important. The Rams' interior defensive line is considerably worse after injuries to Poona Ford and Kobie Turner, so bringing in a big-bodied player like Robinson would be a welcome help.
