Sunday Night Football is heading to the Windy City, as the Chicago Bears will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in an NFC clash.
It will be the third straight primetime game for the Bears, who have become one of the hottest teams in the NFL. The team is 6-2 on the season and riding a three-game winning streak since quarterback Caleb Williams' return with victories over the Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots and most recently the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. It got a boost in Seattle from star defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, who made his Bears debut and got his first sack with his new team in a 34-17 statement win.
On the other side, the Bucs are coming off one of the most unusual victories of the NFL season. The team defeated the division rival Falcons 16-0 in the Florida rain and became the first team since 1974 to win a game in which it did not complete a pass. The win brought its record to 3-5 and improved its playoff hopes in a division where all four teams currently sit below .500.
Will the Bears keep it rolling under the bright lights, or will the Bucs pick up a primetime upset? Here's everything to know for the Sunday Night Football contest on NBC and Peacock.
Tampa Bay rushed for a franchise-record 324 yards and beat Atlanta 16-0 without completing a pass.
The Bucs and Bears will play on Sunday, Nov. 8, at Soldier Field in Chicago.
Kickoff for Bucs-Bears is set for 8:20 p.m. ET.
