Manchester United have launched a new survey asking supporters to provide further feedback on the design of their proposed 100,000-capacity stadium.

The Premier League side announced plans in March 2025 to replace Old Trafford with a £2billion venue, which co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe stated would become the "world’s greatest" football ground.

After tens of thousands of United fans previously offered their thoughts regarding the future of Old Trafford and the surrounding area's regeneration, the club is now seeking specific input on the design of the new stadium.

The questionnaire will look at how to deliver a "world-class football stadium and match-day experience for all fans" while best reflecting the club's heritage and legacy, in addition to examining atmosphere, transport options and the wider campus.

Collette Roche, who stepped down as United's chief operating officer to take up the role of chief executive of the new stadium development in January, said: "Our proposed new stadium is one of the most significant projects Manchester United will undertake in the next 100 years, and it is vital that we shape it together with our fans.

"Above all else, this is a football stadium built for them, so getting the details right matters.

"That’s why we are committed to thorough and transparent engagement, ensuring supporters help inform key decisions on atmosphere, affordability, accessibility and the traditions that have made Old Trafford so special for so long.

"Our engagement with supporters since 2024 has shown there is genuine excitement about the prospect of a new stadium, but we also recognise that some fans will have important questions and concerns.

"Listening to those views and ensuring they are shaping the design is a vital part of the process.

"By working together, we can create a world-class football stadium that supports success on the pitch, reflects the identity of Manchester United, and gives fans a home they can be proud of for generations to come."

Supporters have until 12pm on Friday 6 November to submit their responses. The survey will be sent to season ticket holders, cup season ticket holders, official members and executive club members.

It will also be distributed to supporters on the season ticket waiting list and those who have purchased hospitality at Old Trafford over the past three years.

The initiative comes with United currently enduring a seven-match winless run, leaving manager Michael Carrick under mounting pressure prior to Sunday's Premier League fixture against Bournemouth.
