John Fury has weighed in on son Tyson's fight with Anthony Joshua
John Fury wishes that the highly-anticipated clash with son Tyson and Anthony Joshua had never been made, as he fears the loser will never get over it.
The 'Gypsy King' and Joshua will finally settle their decade-long feud on December 11 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Many have expressed their concerns about the contest, insisting that the two heavyweight brawlers are in the twilight stages of their respective careers.
Earlier this year, Fury Snr revealed that he and Tyson were no longer on speaking terms. The former bare knuckle boxer stated ghat his relationship with his son was "destroyed completely" and said the two-time world champion wants nothing to do with him.
However, they both have seemingly settled their differences - with their relationship improving over the last few months. But that still has not stopped Fury Snr from speaking his mind. The 61-year-old fears that the loser could suffer some longterm physical consequences.

Fury Snr still hopes that the fight will not go ahead. Speaking in the upcoming BBC series Rivals, before the fight was confirmed, he said: "I hope it never happens. They'll get that much stick, the loser, they won't be able to cope with it.
"Even though these two guys are not at their best they've still got a lot of power and they could still hurt each other, you know. And you just don't want to see either man walk around after being greats [for people] to laugh at, really."
With Fury set for one of the biggest challenges of his career, he is set to be without his old man in his corner. In a recent interview with Playbook Boxing, Fury Snr has explained exactly why he will not be travelling to the Welsh capital on December 11. "I'll be honest with you, no. No I won't be attending," he admitted. "Let me tell you, you have more chance of seeing a cow fly than me bothering with it
"I don't like the people in it, and I know accidents can happen. I'm not involved, so I don't want to go to the fight. I'll be doing what his mother does. I'll wait for somebody to tell me who wins the fight. I don't need validation to go to a boxing match and sit there and be an absolute spare p**** at the wedding."
