Eva Marie has sparked a wave of surprise among fans after sharing a new Instagram look that feels a long way removed from the image that made her famous in WWE.

The former “All Red Everything” star is now sporting a very different style, prompting comparisons with the flame-haired personality audiences first encountered more than a decade ago.

During her original WWE run, which began in 2013, Marie was instantly recognisable. Her vivid crimson hair was central to her presentation, earning her the “All Red Everything” nickname and helping her stand out in a crowded Divas division. It became more than just a colour choice; it was part of the character that helped establish her identity with wrestling fans.

The contrast with a recent Instagram post is striking.

Rather than the unmistakable red-haired look associated with her wrestling years, Marie appears with long, lighter pink-toned hair, polished makeup, and a softer, contemporary beauty aesthetic. The overall styling gives the photo a completely different feel from the bold, high-impact presentation she brought to WWE television.

For fans whose strongest memories are of her entering an arena with fiery red hair, the change can make the woman in the latest picture seem almost like a different person.

Why Eva Marie Left WWE

Eva Marie

Eva Marie officially parted ways with WWE, for the first time, on the 4th of August 2017, bringing an end to her initial four-year association with the company. The announcement was described as a mutual decision, with both sides agreeing to go their separate ways.

However, her departure came after a period away from WWE television. Marie had not appeared on-screen since August 2016, when she received a 30-day suspension for violating the company's Wellness Policy. Although she had initially been expected to feature in WWE's plans, her absence continued, and reports emerged in March 2017 that the company would not renew her contract.

Eva Marie WWE record

Marie subsequently explained that her departure was largely connected to her growing ambitions outside professional wrestling. In an interview with Rolling Stone, she revealed that WWE had given her the opportunity to concentrate on filming two movies. With acting projects coming one after another, she felt she needed to dedicate herself fully to developing a career in Hollywood.

She also spoke positively about her relationship with WWE management, including Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H, suggesting there was no bitterness surrounding the decision.

At the time, Marie was keen to follow in the footsteps of stars such as Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and John Cena by successfully crossing over from professional wrestling into mainstream entertainment.

Although she left the door open for a possible WWE return, she eventually made her comeback in 2021. However, her second stint was relatively short-lived, with WWE releasing her in November of that year.

Completely Different Look From Her Wrestling Days

Since leaving WWE, Marie has continued to explore opportunities beyond the wrestling ring, including modelling, acting, and fitness-related projects. Social media has also given her the freedom to experiment with different looks rather than maintain the instantly identifiable visual branding required of a televised wrestling character.

That does not mean the WWE version has disappeared. Her red hair remains a defining chapter in her public image, and it is precisely why her latest transformation catches the eye.

The difference is less about declaring that she is literally unrecognisable and more about seeing how dramatically styling can reshape a familiar celebrity image.

From “All Red Everything” to a sleek, pink-haired look, Eva Marie's latest appearance is a reminder of just how much her style has changed since her WWE days.

Fans may always remember the red-haired Diva, but her current appearance shows a star comfortable moving beyond that signature era and embracing a new chapter on her own terms.
