Canelo Alvarez and Christian Mbilli squared off one final time earlier today (Fri., Oct. 30, 2026) at the conclusion of their weigh ins ahead of their highly-anticipated interim WBC super middleweight title fight this Saturday (Oct. 31) inside Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Alvarez will attempt to win another title after losing all of his to Terence Crawford last year, while Mbilli is out to secure the biggest win of his career, which is also earning him the biggest payday of his life (see the details here). Mbilli comes in with a record of 29-0-1, and perhaps a big chip on his shoulder since Canelo is getting all the love despite he being the champion.
