Fallon Sherrock reveals how she plans to spend £501k winnings from Luke Littler triumph

Fallon Sherrock says she will spoil her son Rory after scooping £501,000 in prize money by defeating world champion Luke Littler.

The 32-year-old darts star was among 20 hopefuls vying to beat the world No.1 in a single leg of darts on his Netflix special titled ‘Beat Luke Littler’.

Sherrock was the toast of Manchester after successfully downing the world No.1

The show, which aired live from Manchester on Friday evening, came to its conclusion when the former hairdresser pipped a rampant Littler to net herself a tidy windfall.

Sherrock was among the few participants expected to give Littler a run for his money due to her high-level experience in the sport.

And that is exactly how it played out for the Milton Keynes native who goes by the nickname of ‘Queen of the Palace’.

Sherrock earned the right to throw first and quickly took advantage by hitting a 180 to put herself in the ascendancy.

That continued throughout the leg until she hit double tops to see off Littler and scoop the money.

Sherrock could hardly believe her achievement as she lapped up the applause from the packed out Manchester Central Convention Complex.

What is on Sherrock's shopping list?

Asked what she plans to spend the money on, Sherrock said: “Spoil Rory, probably buy a house with it.”

She then joked: “It depends how much I get taxed!”

Sherrock’s joy was etched over her face for the remainder of the broadcast, something that continued late into the evening.

Celebrations continued with family and friends with further plans to toast her ‘life-changing’ prize planned throughout the weekend.

“I think I’m going to celebrate tonight, I’m not going to lie,” she added.

“We’ll see what happens tomorrow, I take each day by each day. I don’t plan ahead anyway, so we’ll see what happens.

“I’ll be honest, if you’d seen any videos or anything from the back room, I was shouting for people!

“It’s not because I want Luke to lose or anything, it’s because this prize money is life-changing. It’s definitely going to change my life.

“I feel like people think I have more money than I have, and I really haven’t.”

Sherrock took to social media late on Friday to post a picture of her celebrating with loved ones.

She is in line to compete at the World Championship in December which could see her face Littler once again.
