It's not often Celtic are looking over their shoulder at a team from Armenia in European competition.
But it's a sign of where they are right now that Yerevan minnows Ararat are the only side below the former European champions.
The Hoops sit 35th in the 36-team table of UEFA's second tier competition after a woeful start which has seen them suffer three defeats on the spin.
Only Ararat are below them on goal difference but French giants Marseille and Viktoria Plzen are also pointless which might make Celtic feel slightly better.
But the reality is they need to start picking up points - but Turkish giants Besiktas are the visitors to the east end of Glasgow so it won't be easy.

Here's how the Record Sport team see it going while a Scot who played for the Istanbul side also makes his call.
Celtic can’t seem to find any consistency. They have also toiled in Europe. They really need a home win but I fear the Turks will take a point. Martin O’Neill’s side certainly could do with a morale-boosting win.
Celtic 1 Besiktas 1
There's been a big red circle around this date for a while because the visit from Besiktas on bonfire night has danger written all over it. The Turks have claimed seven Europa League points from nine and will be looking to bag three more in Glasgow. There's little evidence to suggest Celtic will be able to stop them.
Celtic 1 Besiktas 3
Things at Parkhead are starting to swirl into what looks like a downward spiral having suffered six defeats in the last 10 games, so the last thing Celtic need is another tough test against a Turkish side that spent almost £60millions this summer beefing up their squad with the likes of Orkun Kokcu and Premier League winner Leandro Trossard. Confidence is at rock bottom and the Hoops have yet to show any signs that they can cope with the level on the continent. There will be a couple of familiar faces in the Besiktas line up with former Rangers stars Vaclav Cerny and Ridvan Yilmaz, so expect them to have a point to prove too as they look to cement their side's place in the Europa League top eight.
Celtic 0 Besiktas 2
I'm predicting Hoops will fall to a fourth straight defeat in the Europa League. Their defensive deficiencies were once again exposed against Falkirk last weekend and Besiktas superstars Dusan Vlahovic and Leandro Trossard will fancy getting in amongst the goals at Parkhead.
Celtic 1 Besiktas 3
Besiktas have only ever had two Scots play for them - former Everton, Leicester City and Scotland midfielder Ian Wilson - and ex-Rangers keeper Allan McGregor, who is now back at Ibrox as a coach.
Wilson was not only the first Scot to play for Besiktas, he was also their assistant manager under Gordon Milne. And the five-times capped Scotland international believes there will be goals in Glasgow.

He said: "If Besiktas attack Celtic from the wings and play their normal game, they will create chances. "But they need to be mentally strong. They can cause problems for Celtic, find opportunities, and score against them."
Celtic 2 Besiktas 2
Celtic are struggling for form but Besiktas aren't exactly flying either after throwing a two-goal lead to Kasimpasa at the weekend. They possess a star-power that Celtic don't and their European record this season has been decent, but if Celts are brave and have a go at it – like they did in the second half against Benfica – then who's to say they can't come away with a positive result?
Celtic 1 Besiktas 1
It looks an ominous one for Celtic on current form. Besiktas are not exactly ripping it up in Turkey, where they sit fourth in the table, but they've picked off some European results that suggest they will be strong.
The Hoops have struggled all season without the ball and are giving up far too many chances. If that pattern remains then it could be a very long night at Parkhead. There's always opportunities to score for Martin O'Neil's men, but it's hard to see how they will keep them out at the other end.
