Lamar Jackson has left the Baltimore Ravens' game with the Buffalo Bills on his first play since his return from injury while looking to have sustained an issue with his hand.

The Ravens quarterback has missed the last three games due to injury, with backup Tyler Huntley leading them, while Jackson returned to face his rival Josh Allen this weekend.

Allen led the Ravens down the field to score the opening touchdown of the game, with Jackson looking to counter while under pressure on his first throw and hitting his hand against an opponent while looking in pain.
