The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday. This will be the second matchup between the two squads in the 2026-27 regular season. Last time, OKC enjoyed a much-needed win on Nov. 2.

That means, yes — this is the second straight matchup between the two teams in this baseball-style series. The Thunder (5-2) are at the acceptance stage of their current injury situation. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander shouldered them to a 117-112 win over the Cavaliers on Monday. He had 43 points on 35 shot attempts.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers (4-3) had a frustrating 117-112 loss to the Thunder on Monday. Donovan Mitchell was quiet with 17 points and 11 assists. James Harden was the same with 14 points and six assists.
