Leicester City's League One campaign is on pause for two weeks after their home game against high-flying Bradford City was postponed because of international call-ups.
The Foxes had two games postponed during the September and October international breaks, giving Russell Martin more than three weeks to work with his players at Seagrave.
They face National League North side Oxford City in the FA Cup on Friday night before concluding their group campaign in the Jersey Mike's Trophy against Walsall next week. After that, their next league fixture is not until November 21, when they travel to League One leaders Huddersfield Town.
By the time City make for Huddersfield they could welcome Jayden Joseph back from injury, giving Russell Martin a selection dilemma. Since the academy graduate was sidelined, City have switched to a back three, with Will Alves impressing in the right wing-back role.

Joseph played at right-back in a back four at the start of the season and, before his injury, was among Leicester's best performers. In his absence, Alves has emerged as one of the Foxes' standout players, alongside Emil Riis.
So, if Joseph is fully fit for the trip to Huddersfield, what should Martin do? One option would be to revert to a back four, push Alves further forward, where he started the season, and restore Joseph at right-back. Alternatively, Martin could deploy the former Manchester City youngster at right wing-back and move Alves across to the other flank.

Luke Thomas would also need a new role if he is to retain his place. Despite some defensive struggles, the Syston-born full-back has impressed further forward although he could also be an option on the left of a back three.
Alves is also capable of playing centrally in one of the two attacking No.8 roles in which Kamari Doyle and Sammy Braybrooke have impressed since the change in formation. The 21-year-old has posed a threat to opposition defenders this season and would not look out of place in an attacking midfield role.
It seems unlikely that Martin will leave either Joseph or Alves out of his plans. The right-back's potential return from injury and Alves' fine form have left the Leicester boss with a difficult selection dilemma: how to fit both players into his team.
