Leeds and Tottenham's Premier League clash was overshadowed by some VAR controversy in the opening minutes on Saturday lunchtime. Spurs, who have started to put together a run of form, travelled up north for the midday kick-off.
And as the Lilywhites were looking to continue their winning run at Elland Road when Leeds fans were convinced they should have been awarded a spot-kick.
Matheus Fernandes had been trying to deal with a cross, after a period of Leeds pressure, when he stuck out his arm - with the ball seemingly bouncing off it and away from any sort of danger.

It was waved away by referee John Brooks - and VAR official Tony Harrington also didn't see an issue with the clearance.
Explaining the decision, Premier League's Match Centre account said on X: "The referee’s call of no penalty to Leeds United was checked and confirmed by VAR – with it deemed that Fernandes did not commit a handball offence.
"VAR: 'Confirming the on-field decision of play on. The ball strikes the very top of the arm as he is leaning – in the green zone”. The account then posted a diagram confirming what is and, crucially, what isn't a handball.
However, the decision left Leeds fans furious: "Making it up as they go along - what’s the green zone?"
"This is a blatant handball! What on earth are the referee and VAR doing this season," a second shared. As a third posted: "Leeds United has been robbed, clear handball, stonewall penalty, daylight robbery!"
And another added: "I'm no expert on handball in football. If that wasn't a handball from M. Fernandes, then let's pack VAR in. And don't give me the bellow the sleeve rubbish...."
