In Royce Keys' eyes, the blood is all on Jacob Fatu's hands. With the establishment of 946 (Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, Jaida Parker, and the newly recruited Carmelo Hayes) that forced Fatu to get hit by a car and to be out indefinitely (storyline wise), it appears Keys sees this all as Fatu's doing and not his. On "Notsam Wrestling," the leader of 946 explains their deeply tied background, and how Fatu drove this madness to a head.
"I went back to what I used to be. You know, that's all before the positive things. Like, I left Oakland, East Palo Alto. I left all that behind. And you know, there's something that triggered where I had to bring it back...It might have been when Jacob turned his back on me," Keys said. "That might have [been] that instance that made me realize I need to be who I used to be in order to be successful."
After the heinous suffering he felt at the hands of Fatu in their street fight match on the August 3 edition of "WWE Raw," Keys said that seeing and tasting his own blood triggered something in him. And now, with feral tendencies on his mind, Keys wants to act on those unconscious impulses once Fatu returns to the ring.
"The history's there. People know that I've known Jacob 14, 15 years, right? And when we go at it, there's only one thing that has to be done. Somebody can't get up. 'Cause if you get up, then you know, I didn't do my job...I believe when you're going at it with somebody, you got to put them down...And, you're going to get put down," he concluded.
