York Knights prop Jack Martin has extended his contract until the end of the 2029 season.

The 25-year-old Australian featured in all 30 of York's matches in 2026 and was named their player of the year.

"It's a really high standard he drives for himself and his team-mates and he's ultra consistent," head coach Mark Applegarth told the club website.

"He does a lot of the unselfish work to a high standard, the repeat high intensity efforts that good prop forwards do."
