The Tyrone champions, who claimed their first county senior title just eight days earlier, built a four-point half-time advantage before seeing out a five-point victory over their Down counterparts.
Goalkeeper Niall Morgan was instrumental in Edendork's first-half performance, contributing four points through two two-pointers, including one from open play, while Darren McCurry also registered four points before the interval.
Clonduff, appearing in the provincial championship for the first time since 2000, struggled to make the most of their opportunities during an opening half in which Edendork enjoyed considerable success from opposition kick-outs.
The result continues a remarkable campaign for Brian McGuckin's side, who defeated Errigal Ciarán in a dramatic Tyrone final replay to secure their first senior county championship.
Edendork will now face Antrim champions St Brigid's in the Ulster quarter-finals on Sunday 8 November as they look to extend their historic run.
The Down champions made the brighter start when Arthur McConville converted an early free following an Edendork infringement.
However, McCurry quickly brought the Tyrone side level before John McLernon edged them ahead with a fisted effort.
McCurry then landed the game's first two-pointer from the left of the arc in the eighth minute to establish a three-point advantage.
Barry O'Hagan and Stephen McConville responded with successive scores as Clonduff reduced the deficit to a single point, but Morgan restored Edendork's momentum with an impressive two-pointer from open play after 14 minutes.
McCurry added another point shortly afterwards as Edendork continued to capitalise on their possession.
Eamon Brown registered Clonduff's fourth point in the 19th minute, although the Down champions were left frustrated by several missed opportunities, including six wides inside the opening 21 minutes.
Fiachra Nelis subsequently extended Edendork's advantage before Morgan converted a long-range two-point free in the 28th minute to leave the Tyrone champions six points clear.
Clonduff joint captain Stephen McConville provided a timely response with the final kick of the half, converting a two-point free following an Edendork infringement to reduce the deficit to 0-10 to 0-6.
There was further drama immediately afterwards when an altercation near the Edendork goal left Morgan receiving attention to his right shoulder during the interval.
Despite their first-half difficulties, Clonduff remained within touching distance at the break, with both sides seeking to build on their historic county championship successes.
However, Edendork maintained their advantage during the second period, adding seven points to Clonduff's six to complete a five-point victory.
