Porto enjoyed their first victory of this season's Champions League with three second-half goals to overcome Napoli.
The Portuguese side had won all 10 of their domestic Primeira Liga fixtures, but lost their opening three in Europe.
But Francesco Farioli's side went ahead after only 11 minutes with a powerful header from ex-Southampton defender Jan Bednarek following Gabri Veiga's corner from the right.
Scotland midfielder Scott McTominay equalised two minutes before the break for Napoli. Kevin de Bruyne's cross was met by Rasmus Hojlund and when his effort was parried by home goalkeeper Diogo Costa, McTominay was on hand to bury the rebound.
However, Porto dominated the second half.
Bednarek and Veiga both hit the crossbar, before the latter slotted in Porto's second after Santiago Gimenez's through-ball.
Former Arsenal centre-back Jakub Kiwior headed in Hwang In-beom's corner for Porto's third in the 80th minute and they added a fourth just before the end with Samu Aghehowa's penalty.
The Spain striker had won the spot-kick after being fouled by Rafa Marin, who was shown a red card for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity.
Marin will now be suspended for Napoli's away game on 24 November at Manchester City, with Porto visiting Feyenoord on the same day.
Both sides have three points from their opening four matches in the league phase and work to do if they are to make the knockout stages.
