Forest Green Rovers have signed Stockport County left-back Ryan Rydel on a loan deal through until January

The 25-year-old bolsters the National League side's defensive ranks following an injury to Freddie Sass who broke the fifth metatarsal in his foot.

Rydel started his career at Fleetwood Town before joining the Hatters in 2021 where he has made 108 appearances.

This season he has made seven appearances across all competitions with just one in League One.
