Hull FC are reportedly leading the race to sign the NRL prop.

St George Illawarra Dragons forward Josh Kerr is expected to continue his career in Super League after reportedly playing his final game for the club.

The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to Hull FC on a multi-year contract, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Kerr had been given permission to explore his options on the open market, despite being contracted to the Dragons for the 2027 NRL season.

Hull KR, Catalans Dragons and Castleford Tigers are also reported to have shown interest in the forward, who has made 135 NRL appearances across two spells with St George Illawarra, either side of a three-year stint with the Dolphins.

He made his NRL debut in 2019 against the South Sydney Rabbitohs and has also represented the Indigenous All Stars.

Kerr is set to join Sydney Roosters premiership-winning half-back Daly Cherry-Evans at Hull FC, with both players managed by the same agency, according to the Australian outlet.

The Brisbane-born forward will become the seventh player to leave St George Illawarra for Super League.

Damien Cook, Mat Feagai and Tyrell Sloan have all agreed deals with Castleford Tigers, while Luciano Leilua and Hame Sele have signed for Catalans Dragons. Christian Tuipulotu, meanwhile, is set to join Kevin Walters' St Helens.

Kerr will become Hull FC's 10th new signing under head coach Steve McNamara, with Max Wood also recently agreeing a season-long loan move from Warrington Wolves.

The Black and Whites have also recruited Bailey Hodgson, Cherry-Evans, Isaac Liu, Alrix Da Costa, Jordan Swann, Josh Coric, Junior Pauga and Connor Barley.
