Glovers beaten 2-1 at home by play-off rivals

Substitute Kristian Dennis netted a late winner as Altrincham ended Yeovil Town's six-match unbeaten run in the National League with a 2-1 victory at Huish Park.

After going behind to a Johl Powell goal in the 14th minute, Altrincham hit back through Charlie Kirk and Dennis – his first for the club – to make it back-to-back wins.

Powell broke away to fire in the opener for Yeovil – his eighth goal in six games – but Kirk levelled in the 69th minute after meeting Leo Farrell's cross at the back post, and Dennis grabbed the winner with four minutes left, bundling in a Remi Raymond cross.

Tempers flared towards the end of the game, with Yeovil's Ben Radcliffe sent off for a challenge on Dennis in the third minute of stoppage time.
