The Light Blues, fresh from a 4-0 victory over St Johnstone, are keen to consolidate their second-place position.

McInnes, returning to Tynecastle for the first time since managing Hearts, has brought Djeidi Gassama into the starting XI.

The winger replaces Badredine Bouanani, who started in the comprehensive win against St Johnstone at Ibrox.

Ivor Pandur continues in goal, playing behind a back four of Dujon Sterling, Nasser Fernandez, Makhanya, and James Penrice.

Nicolas Raskin and Dan Neil anchor the midfield, with Gassama joining Minsu, Kelsy, and Naderi in an attacking line-up.

Rangers are hoping to continue their recent streak of success against a Hearts side eager to capitalise on their home advantage under the Tynecastle lights.

The bench, containing Liam Kelly, Kosta Nedeljkovic, Godfrey, Rommens, Dragojevic, Chukwuani, Curtis, Bouanani, and Miovski, provides McInnes with plenty of options should changes be necessary during the match.

The full line-up is as follows: Pandur; Sterling, Fernandez, Makhanya, Penrice; Raskin, Neil; Minsu, Gassama, Kelsy, Naderi.
