After pantsing the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks 34-17 on Monday night, it sure looks like the Chicago Bears are firing on all cylinders. They have a great coach in Ben Johnson. They have a great quarterback in Caleb Williams. And now, with the recent addition of All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, they have a great defensive centerpiece wrecking offensive game plans.

But if you're still unconvinced Chicago's Super Bowl chances are real, one stat about their three-game winning streak since Williams returned from his early-season hamstring injury should change your mind.

As noted by Bill Zimmerman, the Bears never trailed in each of their last three wins over the Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, and Seahawks. Perhaps even more impressively, they led for over 87 percent of the 180 total minutes of game play between all three matchups. That is mind-boggling to consider when you remember that the Patriots and Seahawks were last year's Super Bowl teams, and the Bears beat both convincingly in primetime in back-to-back weeks.

Yeah, tell all your friends, dearest readers. These Bears are legit contenders to win it all. They have the goods and look exactly like a Lombardi Trophy contender.
