After being pulled from action on WWE Raw on October 26, a series of new reports note that Stephanie Vaquer may be ‘out indefinitely’.
While WWE star Stephanie Vaquer has been a fan favorite since arriving on the main roster, it seems that it could be quite some time before La Primera returns to in-ring action if recent reporting proves true.
With Mike Johnson from PWInsider reporting that Vaquer’s absence was thought to be “illness related”, there were follow up details shared on social media.
Subsequently, False Finish would go on to report on X that according to sources, Stephanie Vaquer was out “indefinitely.”
Certainly all our best to Stephanie Vaquer as she focuses on her health and wellness at this time.
With Vaquer’s absence coming at a time where she was featured heavily in a main event feud on WWE Raw, it remains to be seen exactly the direction that the division may take.
After the announcement on the October 26 edition of WWE Raw that Vaquer was not going to compete, instead the crowd saw a title bout between Becky Lynch and WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.
While Lynch would win the bout, it would end up being due to Disqualification and of course, no title changed hands as the feud between Liv and Becky seems to continue – for now.
While fans will miss La Primera in action, there are some natural next challengers to step into the title picture against current champ, Liv Morgan.
With a built-in challenger for Morgan in her very own Judgment Day faction members Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez, there is obviously still bad blood with Becky Lynch.
However, leading the way for a potentially much more interesting pivot into a fresh face in the women’s division, there could be star-making moments ahead for several newer recruits to WWE Raw.
Bringing her MMA background to the main roster, Lola Vice has yet to scratch the surface of her capacity on WWE Raw.
Earning respect in NXT with her unique brand of beauty and brutality, Lola Vice has already found herself in conflict against the Judgment Day.
While it would make complete sense for her to continue to feud with Morgan’s minions, perhaps there could be a title opportunity earned through eliminator matches against Perez & Rodriguez.
Already making her mark on the WWE Raw roster as an ally of Stephanie Vaquer, Sol Ruca could add a babyface presence to challenge Liv Morgan.
Proving her star power in the recent Money in the Bank ladder match as well, Ruca could very well find herself with an elevated position on the card with major name Vaquer out of action.
A potential call-up to WWE Raw, Kelani Jordan is currently still WWE NXT Women’s Champion after also holding the TNA Knockouts title during her massive last year.
Set to take on Wren Sinclair for the title at the upcoming NXT Halloween Havoc 2026, perhaps a loss on Halloween could end up launching a brand new opportunity on the main roster.
Joining her real life husband Carmelo Hayes on WWE Raw (whether or not she ends up aligning with his 946 faction), Jordan could bring her high flying and fast action directly to the WWE Women’s World Championship.
