Brian Thomas Jr. hasn't quite lived up to what we saw in his dazzling rookie year in 2024 when he was a Pro Bowl wideout but there are definitely teams who would want to see if a change of scenery would help the former first-round pick rebound.
Per a report on Sunday nigh from Pro Football Talk -- after Thomas caught a touchdown in the Jacksonville Jaguars' blowout win over the Indianapolis Colts -- there are three teams who are interested in dealing for Thomas ahead of next Tuesday's NFL trade deadline.
That would be the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Commanders. That report adds that the Colts' Josh Downs is a focus for the Steelers. But for all three teams, this makes a ton of sense -- the Steelers are missing the injured Michael Pittman Jr., the Chiefs need a second wideout behind Rasheed Rice and the Commanders lost Terry McLaurin for the season.
We'll see if any of those three scoop him up... or if the Jaguars decide to keep the receiver as they continue to contend.
Stay tuned.
