The game was played in awful conditions, with wind and rain battering the pitch for much of the game.
Despite that, Pembroke’s pitch held up well, but it was the visiting side who were able to master the conditions.
The Athletic took the lead with an unconverted try before a second try and conversion gave them a 12-0 lead.
They then extended their lead with a penalty before another try and conversion to take the score to 22-0.
The Athletic then scored their fourth try shortly before half time to give themselves a 27-0 lead going into half time.
Narberth continued where they had left off, scoring another two tries, one of which was converted, early in the second half to take a 39-0 lead.
The Athletic then added their seventh try as they looked to fend off the possibility of a Pembroke comeback.
The home side did not give up though, and pulled a try back with Jarred Sherrat getting his name on the scoresheet.
A second unconverted try followed before Zak Shaw crossed late on as Pembroke battled well despite the worsening conditions.
Elsewhere in the competition, St Davids were given a walkover after Penybanc conceded their tie.
Emlyn Dreigiau are also through to the next round after they beat Crymych Teirw 10-8 in a closely fought game.
The sides return to action in League 4 West A on Saturday, October 31, as Teirw Crymych host Pembroke Dock Quins and Emlyn Dreigiau visit St Davids.
Narberth Athletic visit Llanybydder and Llangwm host Tenby Athletic.
