Cheltenham Town play Newport County AFC at home in League Two on Saturday afternoon (12.30pm kick-off).

Steve Cotterill's side start the day fifth in the table after their 4-2 win over Fleetwood Town at the EV Charger Points Stadium on Tuesday night.

Back-up goalkeeper and coach Joe Day (hip) is out so Mamadou Diallo will continue to deputise for number one Wyll Stanway.

Full-back Joe Tomlinson is recovering from hamstring surgery, while midfielder Shaun McWilliams has served a one-match ban for five yellow cards.

Newport, now managed by Hayden Mullins, have won once in eight previous EFL visits to Whaddon Road, along with two wins and one draw in the EFL Trophy.

Mullins, 47, played under Cotterill during his time as a midfielder at Portsmouth.
